I have a requirement. This is for Philippines payroll. Currently employees are been paid bonus on half yearly basis, i.e. every July and January. Now the client wants the bonus to be paid out every quarterly. January Pay out is already done, and for April they want to pay Quarterly amount. So, the bonus will be based on the amounts cumulated from January to March and will be paid out in April. Going forward the bonus amount will be paid on quarterly basis.
Anyone can help me on how to proceed ahead with this requirement. What i need to change in the PCR.
