Do you want it on User level or Client level...

For Client level for MIGO..

Go to OMJX

Make the field as Display...

Then check in MIGO.. The date will be defaulted as current date and and it will be displayed, user can't change the date...

If you want it at user level, Then create a transaction variant for MIGO from the t-code SHD0..
