Re: ISSUE IN USER STATUS IN WCD IN WCM

1. Mo+permit:- Created by user department
2. Operation Dept. Initiate approval by initiating work approval in sap & sent permit for tagging to respective department
3. Tagging done by respective department
4. Operation department issues the permit
5. Work completed by user department(by clicking on work completed)
6. User department sent permit to operation department
7. Operation department command respective department to untag permit
8. After untagging permit should be closed by operation department.

Issues I am facing

1. I want to use user status at wcd item level.
2. When wcd item is created the initial user status is INIT
3. When INIT is set user is unable to untag the wcd but I make checks in oibs but when user status is INIT system allows to untag, untag temporarily and untagged.
   1. i also tried at wcd header level but for which screen shots are attached in above replies but sap allows user to untag temporarily, untag and untagged when INIT is active.

kindly help sebastian why sap shows this kind of behavior.
