Due to If logic records are missing SAP field routine

Hi Experts,

In attached screenshot, we want to add leading zero in line no from 1-9 and want to load other record as it is from PSA table to DSO.

e,g, In PSA we've line no records (1-9) and we want to load (01-09) in DSO and other records in PSA table (10 onward as it is)...

I've applied IF logic to add leading zeros but after applying this logic it's only populating (1-9) records and we're missing other records. Please can you code and recommend any other code to apply this logic SAP BI field level routine.
