Hi SAP experts,
We currently have an issue in one of our Shopping Carts wherein the workflow item id was not created. This happened because the 1st approver was locked during the creation of the Shopping Cart. The approver is now unlocked and we need to re-trigger the workflow again so that the workflow item id will be created and the item will appear in the approver's inbox.
We asked the SHC creator to edit the SHC and the error "Process data are not complete. Try again later" comes out.
Can I trigger the workflow in SWO1?
