db13 is not working after the successful spam update

Hi Experts,

In our environment, DB13 is not working. Then we searched in SAP and found a sap note (1659487 - SYB: SAPLSSYBJOB - DYNPRO_NOT_FOUND) saying that an SAP BASIS Package upgradation will recify the error.

Then we have sucessfully upgraded the SAP Basis Support Package 3 in our server.

But after that while checking DB13, still we can't go further.
