Updating ADR2 table in HR Module

I need a program, or transaction, to add data into table ADR2 i.e. I want to move telephone number from infotype 0105 to the ADR2 table.

Transactions XD02, etc. is not fit for my purpose as it is for HR module.

All help greatly appreciated.
